Resya Kania have more than thirteen years of experience working alongside policymakers, researchers, and communities. Resya specialises in policymaking, policy advocacy, and financial inclusion. She began her career as a policy analyst and planner in The National Development and Planning Agency (BAPPENAS) in Indonesia. She then worked with various international development agencies and donors, including ILO, DFAT, USAID, and Women’s World Banking. Resya has a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Cornell University and a PhD degree in Social Policy, Social Work, and Criminology from the University of Birmingham.
