Taylor Brown is a political scientist and senior manager with Palladium, a consultancy company specialising international development, strategic consulting, training and impact investment. He works with governments and development organisations to apply a political economy perspective to policy-making, policy dialogue and programming.
His recent work has focused on the political economy of citizen-state relations, political settlements, growth, service delivery and resource governance. He has been a long term strategic advisor to a number of innovative development programmes in Myanmar, Nepal and Rwanda and he regularly works with donors, governments and non-state actors to improve their strategic focus, coordination and effectiveness. He holds a PhD and MPhil in politics from the University of Cambridge.
