Long Heng is currently a social researcher and monitoring and evaluation coordinator with WaterSHED Asia.
Long Heng has a broad range of research experience across diverse fields. As a Senior Research Officer at BBC Action, he designed research methodologies and protocols, including the organization’s audience interactivity monitoring and evaluation system. Other experiences include leading and advising the Good Neighbor Cambodia’s Community Development Program using a participatory appraisal process (PAP). Additionally, Long Heng led the monitoring and evaluation framework and grassroots capacity building training as a Senior Appraisal, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer with the Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development (ACTED). Long Heng holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the National University of Management, and a Master’s degree in Development Studies from Norton University, Cambodia.
