Panhaka Nou has five years of working experiences in the development sector in Cambodia and is skilled in cross-functional and cross-cultural team coordination, advocacy, communications, planning, monitoring, evaluation, learning, documentation and research. She is currently working as a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Coordinator at WaterAid Cambodia. She earned a degree in International Relations at the Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia and a specialised degree in Southeast Asian Studies from the Institute of Southeast Asian Affairs, Chaing Mai University.
