Author Profile Loretta Case

Loretta Case

Loretta was born and raised in Majuro and her hobbies include reading, baking, watching her son playing basketball and FaceTiming with friends and grandchildren.

2020 marks her sixteenth year in education with varied experiences as a teacher and school leader. For the first ten years of her career, she served at primary elementary school levels, teaching pre-school and kindergarten. For the last five years, Loretta has served as a principal at Delap Elementary School, which is the first public school in the Marshall Islands to be accredited by WEstern Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).

Loretta’s passion is developing positive relationships with everyone within the school and community, working with all students as they grow, supporting teachers and staff so they can reach their greatest potential, and also strengthening the connection between school and home, fostering a positive school culture.
