Ujjwal Krishna is a Specialist Doctoral Research Scholar with the Developmental Leadership Program, at the Institute for Human Security and Social Change, La Trobe University. He focuses on the influence of research and politics on development policy.
While at the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations, he conducted research for the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, the space industry, and the Government of India – which he aided in securing India’s interests at global internet governance fora. Ujjwal has an MA in Development Studies (with Distinction) from the Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex, and a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Delhi.
