Dr Gordon Leua Nanau is a senior lecturer in politics and international affairs in the School of Government at the University of the South Pacific (USP) in Fiji. He has keen interest in leadership issues in Pacific island countries (PICs). He is a keen observer of the impacts of globalization on local communities in the region. His other research interests are in the area of constitutional reforms, elections and democracy, rural livelihoods Pacific epistemology. Gordon Nanau attended USP in Fiji and the University of East Anglia in Norwich, United Kingdom.
