Sen is Professor of Leadership at Swinburne Business School, Swinburne University in Melbourne. He developed the Servant Leadership Behaviour Scale (SLBS), a widely used psychometric measure to inform leadership selection, assessment, and training in organisations. He has engaged with leaders in the government, transportation, and higher education sectors, leveraging their capacities to produce deep and lasting impacts on their followers and organisations and has delivered executive education, corporate workshops, and research seminars in Australia and overseas (America, China, Japan, and Indonesia).
